The home is registered as a residential care home by the Care Quality Commission and Sussex County Council who are responsible for seeing that standards are maintained.
There are two lounges, both with televisions/video and DVD. There is a large dining room which can seat all residents at a single sitting and all these three rooms are tastefully decorated.
There is a 4 person passenger lift which will take you to all floors.
The home is set in a corner plot with garden to front, side and back with shrubs, flower borders and lawn.
St. Vincent's is registered to accommodate 25 residents in 23 single bedrooms and 1 double room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.There are two further communal bathrooms with hoist and 1 wet room.
New residents are able to choose the colour of their room before they move in. The rooms are comfortably furnished and have a telephone point, and 24 hour call system.
Residents are encouraged to bring personal items such as photographs, furnishings, beds, television, paintings or ornaments for their rooms.
